cl-webactions software package provides HTTP dispatch library for cl-aserve, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-webactions
cl-webactions is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-webactions package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-webactions *
You will get with cl-webactions package name, version, architecture and description in a table
